Acceptance
By accessing or using this service, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the service. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes. These Terms govern all your interactions with the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher age required by local law, to use this service. By registering, you confirm you meet the eligibility criteria and have legal capacity. Unauthorized or underage use is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. The service may request proof of age at any time.
Account Security

All actions under your account are presumed authorized by you. You are responsible for any losses arising from compromised credentials.
Permitted Use

User Content

Fees & Payments
Access to certain features requires payment of fees as indicated at checkout. All fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable except as explicitly stated. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. Non‑payment may result in suspension of paid features.
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours prior. You may disable auto‑renewal via your account settings. Disabling prevents future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro‑rata refunds are given.
Service Modifications
The service may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes that materially affect functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after modifications indicates acceptance. No compensation is due for changes.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, security issues, or operational needs. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. You are granted no ownership rights beyond the limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited. Legal action may be pursued for infringements.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration or court. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded.
